A fast-working cutting solution for your in-a-box cakes!
This machine is equipped with 2 powerful ultrasonic guillotines as well as two 8″ blades and one 12″ blade to cut your 16″ X 12″ cakes, and this, for multiple product recipes.
Using a belt conveyor, products are indexed 1 by 1 in the machine that cuts 2 products simultaneously.
