Cut continuously at very high speed!
This is robust and fast equipment that allows you to optimize cutting for two types of products: cut cakes inside 16″ x 12″ boxes continuously and slice loaf cakes directly on the conveyor belt.
At the entrance of the cutter, there are 3 conveyor belts equipped with cleats and side rails to locate the products.
Excellent Product Control:
- For the boxes, the operators place one product against each back cleats of each line.
- For the loaves, the operators place 3 products wide against the back cleats of each line.
- Cut the cake in a box in a continuous mode for an average output up to 30 boxes/minute
- Loafs in continuous mode for an average of 45 loaves per minute
The Slitter
- Slitter cycle cuts on 3 different belts.
- Very high precision
- Format can be changed on the fly (no other adjustment).
- Number of blades (4) is based on the box length dimension.
The Guillotine
- Length cut in a continuous mode (Either boxes or loaf cakes)
- Very high precision
- Speed management-In/out
- Format change on the fly.
- Number of blades is one per line. Maximum dimension is the box size.
OPTIONS
Trim extractor conveyor:
- The Fastback conveyor enables the rejection of trims after the cutting conveyor.
- The conveyor drive is servo-controlled, ensuring precise and flexible speed management.
- The retractable nose is also servo-controlled for fast and accurate position control.
Waste Conveyor:
- Equipped with an external bin allowing removal of all cake scraps outside the machine.
- This conveyor is removable, making cleaning much easier.
